Aircraft Leasing Procurement Manager
My client is a leading aircraft leasing company that is seeking an Aircraft Leasing Procurement Manager to join their team in Hong Kong/Singapore. This role is critical in managing procurement and logistics to support aircraft and engine transitions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee material purchasing, budgeting, and planning for aircraft and engine projects.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiating GTAs and purchase agreements for optimal pricing and lead times.
- Coordinate shipping, customs clearance, and logistics to ensure timely component delivery.
- Optimize inventory management, including surplus material sales and consignment agreements.
Requirements:
- Fluent Chinese speaker is required
- Minimum 4 years of aviation experience, ideally in leasing, airline, or MRO procurement.
- Experience with used aircraft configuration and BFE procurement is preferred.
