We are recruiting for a rapid-growth engine leasing company that requires a Lease Coordinator to join their team in Shannon.
The job:
The core purpose of this role is to contribute to the effective running of the Technical Function with a particular focus on the customer support and engine delivery process.
- Engine delivery coordination.
- Key contract support
- Lease-related administration
- Customer and shareholder support role
Responsibilities:
- Process engine lease requests within the IT system to initiate the lease delivery process
- Co-ordinate the delivery administrative process with key customers
- Ensure the customer receives the required information and documentation in a timely manner and follow up as applicable internally for additional information
- Closely coordinate with all functions in the company to ensure customers receive the highest level of customer support.
- Ensure that applicable information in the lease management database is complete, accurate and input in a timely manner.
- Support the Project Manager team by liaising directly with customers as required for issues such as redelivery forecasting and engine redelivery schedules
- Provide input and follow up on transaction approvals in a fast-paced transactional environment

Qualifications/Requirements?
- Aircraft/Engine technical and or contracts management experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining an effective work/life balance
- Excellent analytical, diagnostic and research skills.
- Self-motivated with effective communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Strong PC skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a high-demand environment with a positive energy and attitude.
- Willing and able to travel overseas occasionally as required by the role.
