We are exclusively recruiting for a high-profile aircraft leasing client in Dublin who needs an HR Generalist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
- Provide payroll support, including data verification for timely and accurate payments.
- Assist in managing employee benefits such as health insurance and pensions.
- Respond to HR-related queries, escalating as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, contributing to policy development.
- Maintain training, health, and safety records.
- Participate in HR projects and provide support for company events.
Qualifications:
- A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently studying towards one).
- Minimum of two years of HR administration experience.
- Knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and payroll processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
