We are recruiting for a high-profile aircraft leasing client who has a requirement for an HR Administrator in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve and respond to employee queries – payroll, benefits, leave entitlements, HR systems, HR policies.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding processes.
- Manage monthly payroll.
- Manage employee benefits administration and ad-hoc admin tasks.
- Produce PowerPoint, Excel, IT analytics presentations.
- Maintain HR policies and Employee Handbook up to date in line with employment law.
- Support on bonus planning, budgets, and process improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR Administration position.
- Relevant third-level qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Experience in HR in a corporate environment.
