- Description
We are exclusively recruiting for a high-profile lessor who has an opening for a Senior Contract Manager to oversee aircraft leasing and asset management contracts in the commercial aviation sector.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration of aircraft lease and credit agreements, ensuring compliance with deadlines and reporting requirements.
- Maintain and update contractual records, monitor insurance and credit letters, and coordinate all document signings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external counterparties, effectively managing documentation and correspondence.
- Participate in Deal Teams and provide internal consultancy on contractual matters.
- Coordinate due diligence and compliance activities, including running KYC checks.
- Organize and manage the document archival system, ensuring consistency and retrievability of important documents.
- Represent the Contract Management team in cross-departmental meetings to ensure seamless communication and project continuity.
Qualifications:
- University degree or strong relevant experience
- Experience working on deal teams.
- At least three years of experience in the aviation sector.
Preferred:
- Law degree and relevant aviation legal experience.
