Helicopter Leasing Director, Fleet Programs
My client, an industry leader in helicopter leasing seeks a strategic addition to its technical team to support fleet enhancement and lifecycle optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage technical support programs and OEM/MRO partnerships
- Lead secondary mission initiatives including aircraft upgrades and conversions
- Oversee STC development and integration projects
- Maintain performance databases and support delivery/redelivery phases
- Monitor obsolescence and coordinate investment in fleet improvements
Requirements:
- 9+ years in leasing, OEM, or helicopter operations
- Licensed helicopter engineer (EASA/FAA) with relevant type experience
- Solid project management and negotiation background
