About the Job: An international Aircraft Lessor is seeking a Transaction Paralegal to support its legal team in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior legal professionals on a wide variety of transactional and corporate legal matters, particularly in aircraft leasing and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage legal documentation, including closing checklists, transaction deliverables, and due diligence materials
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel to support transaction closings
- Maintain legal databases and track key team metrics
- Assist in notarization and legalization processes, letters of credit, billing, and document storage
- Support legal projects and cross-functional initiatives across the business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in legal administration, contracts, or paralegal work, ideally within a law firm or in-house legal department
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office; particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in or exposure to aircraft leasing is desirable
