Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing, repair, and sales orders
- Process and transmit orders to suppliers
- Oversee inventory across warehouse locations
- Source parts for technical projects
- Negotiate with vendors on price, lead time, and terms
- Handle customs and shipping management
- Ensure all certification paperwork is current
- Manage Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) purchases for new aircraft

Qualifications:
- Procurement experience on new aircraft programs
- 3+ years in procurement or materials management with an aircraft lessor, airline, or MRO
- Understanding of tags and certification for aircraft parts
- Knowledge of FAA/EASA airworthiness requirements
