My client is a high-profile aircraft lessor that has a requirement for a Contracts Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapid-growth aircraft leasing firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of airline clients, addressing queries, lease events, and receivables efficiently.
- Oversee and coordinate post-delivery activities to ensure seamless execution across business units.
- Analyse customer interactions to identify trends and enhance processes to meet client needs.
- Support teams in structuring and closing transactions, acting as a customer advocate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Degree in business, law, engineering, or related field with 1+ years’ relevant experience.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Commercial awareness and familiarity with leasing documentation desirable.
