About the Job: We are partnering with a leading company in the aerospace industry to find a talented Treasury Analyst to join their Finance team in Shannon. This is an exciting opportunity to support ongoing treasury activities within a growing and dynamic organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability and liquidity of the business, contributing directly to its success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Back Office: Manage the booking of loans, perform regular loan-related reconciliations and accounting, coordinate Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, and support ad-hoc requests from the lender pool. Analyze covenant compliance and assist with associated reporting obligations. Maintain and manage treasury system data and records.
- Operations: Administer bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, and manage the settlement of financing and foreign exchange-related cash flows.
- Liquidity Management: Conduct cash forecasting and analyze the liquidity position to support cash optimization and informed investment decisions.
- General: Collaborate closely with other functions, contribute to the development and documentation of treasury best practices, including system processes and controls, manage external relationships with banks and service providers, and participate in treasury-related projects.
Qualifications:
- Experienced finance professional with relevant treasury experience in a global organization.
- A professional finance degree or an equivalent qualification (e.g., CFA, ACCA, CPA).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask efficiently.
- A hard-working, flexible team player capable of performing under pressure.
- Familiarity with financing structures available to aircraft lessors.
- Strong documentation skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in spreadsheet and presentation skills.
- A balanced combination of technical competence and commercial understanding.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel when required.
